COVID-19 Response

The health and safety of our clients and their fur kids has always been our number one priority. We have always used a hospital grade disinfectant, fungicide, and virucide cleaner. It is effective against a broad spectrum of bacteria, fungus, mildew and viruses, including Human Coronavirus.

We have added these additional protocols to help keep L.D.L. a low risk environment:

• The Lodge is expanding and currently under renovations.

To ensure covid 19 protocols  during this time non staff members will not be allowed past the reception area until further notice. Unfortunately, this includes tours of the facility and use of the restroom.

​

• To help maintain a safe social distance and reduce our canine companions' stress we ask that only one household, enter the reception area at a time.
